Hair fall is one of those things people live with for too long before doing something about it.
You notice it first in the shower. Then in the brush. Then on the pillow. By the time most people start looking for a solution, they have been watching it happen for months, trying dry shampoos and hair masks and oils that do nothing, wondering if it is just genetics or stress or the water.
Usually it is none of those things. Usually it is the scalp not being fed properly.
That is where this conditioner started. Not with the frizz problem, not with the softness and shine problem, but with the root cause of why hair falls in the first place. Follicles that are undernourished, blood circulation at the scalp that has slowed down, a cuticle that is so damaged from chemical treatments and heat that hair snaps long before it should.
We built the Bhringraj and Rosemary Conditioner to fix all three.
Bhringraj was the first decision and the clearest one. There is no herb in Ayurvedic hair care with a stronger record for follicle health. It has been used for centuries specifically for hair fall and thinning, and modern research has begun to explain exactly why it works: it penetrates the follicle, reduces inflammation at the root and creates the conditions where healthy, strong hair can grow rather than shed prematurely. We put it in the conditioner because that is where it makes the most sense, left on the scalp and strands long enough to actually absorb.
Rosemary came next. The reason rosemary for hair growth has become one of the most talked about ingredients in hair care is not a trend. The research behind it is genuinely compelling. Rosemary stimulates scalp circulation, and scalp circulation is the delivery system for every nutrient your follicles need. Without it, even a well-fed body cannot get what its hair needs to grow. Rosemary Hydrosol gives you that benefit in a form that is gentle enough for every wash, not just an occasional treatment.
Coconut Oil, Jasmine Oil and Shea Butter handle the strand side of things. The cuticle damage from colouring, bleaching, heat styling and hard water is what causes the frizz, the breakage and the dullness that most people try to cover with silicone-heavy products. We did not want to mask that. We wanted to repair it. Coconut Oil is one of very few oils that actually penetrates the hair shaft and reduces protein loss from the inside. Jasmine Oil seals the cuticle from outside. Shea Butter restores the softness and elasticity that damaged hair loses.
The decision to make it sulfate free, paraben free and silicone free was not a marketing choice. It was a formulation one. Silicones feel good on the first wash and worse on the tenth because they build up and eventually make hair feel heavier, duller and harder to manage. Sulfates strip the natural oils that keep the scalp balanced and the hair strong. Removing them just makes the formula work better over time rather than peaking on the first use.
What came out is a conditioner that earns a permanent place in your shower, not just a trial period. Use it with every wash. Let Bhringraj and Rosemary do what they have always done, just delivered better.
