I placed an order for the Scalp Sooth Hair Cleanser on Evaraa’s website and completed the payment online. It has been over two weeks since the purchase, and I have not received the product. The delivery was never actually attempted, yet I kept receiving “delivery failed” updates. This clearly points to an issue with the company’s delivery system or logistics partner.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I expect an immediate refund of the full amount I paid. Until this issue is resolved, I would not recommend Evaraa to anyone.
